The mission of our department is to educate students who are knowledgeable, equipped, able to manage risks, have a high capacity to produce solutions to problems, can think analytically, prioritize efficiency, sustainability, and innovation, have high service awareness to their country and nation, are responsible, self-confident and respectful of ethical values, needed by the academy, public and private sectors in the field of Finance and Banking.

The vision of our department is to be a department that has a leading role in the Finance and Banking sector with both its qualified scientific studies and graduates, creates high-added value by establishing collaborations with its stakeholders, closely follows technological developments, and continuously improves its technical infrastructure; educates students with environmental, universal and cultural values, is followed and preferred.
